This Privacy Policy governs the online information collection practices of (“we” or “us”). Specifically, it specifies the types of information we gather about you while you are using the website (the “Site”), and the ways we use this information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means (for example, via telephone, in person, or through the mail).

This Site intends to offer its visitors the advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. We may use Personally Identifiable Information (your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number) subject to the terms of this privacy policy. We will never sell, trade, or lease your email address to any unauthorized third party.

How We Collect and Use Information

We may collect and store information that you voluntarily supply to us online while using the Site (e.g., while on the Site or in responding via email to a feature provided on the Site). This Site only contacts individuals who specifically request it or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free newsletters or have made a purchase. This Site collects personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. This information includes name and e-mail address for certain reasons and credit card information when purchasing our products. All of this information is provided by you to us.

We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.

The Site also includes links to websites we endorse or sponsor and provides access to products and services offered by third parties We do not control the privacy policies of those companies. Some of the links we provide are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item connected to that link, we will receive an affiliate commission. We make this disclosure in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.” When you use the Site to access another website or purchase third-party products or services, use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting and not this Privacy Policy.

Some content, products and services are made available through our Site via cooperative relationships with third-party providers, where the brands of the partner appear on the Site in connection with the content, products and/or services. We may share with our provider partner any information you provide, or that is collected, in the course of visiting any pages that are made available in cooperation with our provider partner. In some cases, the provider partner may collect information from you directly, in which case the privacy policy of our provider partner may apply to the provider partner’s use of your information. Their  privacy policy may differ from ours. If you have questions about the privacy policy of one of our provider partners, you should contact them directly for more information.

Be aware that we may release information about our visitors when release is appropriate to comply with law or to protect the rights, property or safety of users of the Site or the public.

Please also note that as the Firm grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that we sell some or all of our assets, or one or more of our websites is acquired by another company, information about our users may be transferred as an asset.

How Do We Store Your Information?

Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage our lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive this Site’s newsletters.

All of the newsletters or emails sent to you by this Site include an unsubscribe link in them. To remove yourself at any time from our newsletters or mailing list, click the unsubscribe link located in every communication that we send you.


This policy may be changed at any time at our discretion, although changes are unlikely. If we do update this policy, we will post the updates to this page on the Site.
